You tell me I am cool

You think I am a fool

Cause I am not troubled by petty worries

I carry along a bounty of sweet memories

You tell me, you did love to live your life like me

But, all the good things in life, you refuse to see

You tell me, I waste dear time

You tell me, it’s such a crime

But you waste even more of it

Planning life to the last bit

Plans that seldom work out your way

Cause life will have; the final say

I smile, even when everything goes bad

Even when you think its time to be sad

You think I don't care about life

But your worry never changes life

You worry too much about tomorrow

You cause yourself so much sorrow

Now, you tell me who is the fool

Why is it wrong if I am so cool?

You tell me I am cool

You think I am a fool

These lines happened to form in my mind, on my way back from college today, while I was travelling by train. Unwilling to write them ... I just let them be there till I got home. I happened to forget a few lines, and then just wrote what I could remember of it.

What is it for?
Its for everyone; those who tell me they think I am cool, those who believe I am a fool... It is mainly addressed to a few people around me, who worry themselves to no end about things that I believe don't matter much in life. My message telling them to live.

To get a life!

Lifes like that. You enjoy and people think you are a fool. And then you also end up with them. Give them competition. Not many people like this.

But somehow, carefree (like you) and lazy (like me) people make it to the finish line. And that too, when we enjoy the small happy moments in life. And may be we time better, even better than the ones who called us fools.

(Sorry, but the topic was *touché* , and couldnt help thinking bout some of my classmates, who think I am a fool...)
